My stash kit has its very own drawer, wedged in between a 6-month supply of cotton pads, tooth paste, toner, dental floss and more. Hey, when you live on the mountains in bumf*ck Oregon, stock and supply is almost a requirement. I started a stash kit after I had garnered a ton of samples and backup products with nowhere to keep it, and that’s how the stash kit came to be. Let’s take a look inside, shall we?
In all honesty, I don’t need a regular tube of mascara for a while, I have 6 sample sizes just here. Included are Too Faced – Better Than Sex, Lorac – Cobra Mascara, Smashbox Full Exposure, Lancome – Hypnose Drama, Benefit – Bad Gal and MAC – Zoom Lash. There is also a tube of Lorac’s Behind The Scenes eye primer, a Smashbox lip gloss and Lancome mascara base.
This was a free gift set when I purchased the Lancome La Vie Est Belle fragrance set that came with a body lotion and rollerball from Nordstrom. Included in the gift set was: a night cream, SPF, eye cream, facial cleanser, primer, eye makeup remover, and the mascara and mascara base from aforementioned image all inside the cute Lancome makeup travel bag;
Just some hair care samples;
Entering the skincare department, as always the Mario Badescu Cellufirm Drops are on stand-by, as is a jar of the Seaweed Night Cream. Love them both. Then in a free gift set from Ulta that I got many months back I received a Mario Badescu Glycolic Skin Renewal Complex as well as an Ulta hand-sanitizer. Of course an ample backup of my favorite lip products including the EOS in Strawberry Sorbet and the Burt’s Bees Nourishing Lip Balm with Mango Butter.
And finally, the packet samples. Like a dork I really do use these in between here and there. Right now it’s a whole lot of serum and anti-aging repair products.
What do you have inside your stash bag?
